Bonus programme

Registered customers earn bonus points on every order placed from their account: 1 point for every €1 spent.

You shop

The points for each product are shown on its card and in the basket.

Order while signed in to your account. The points are recorded in it once the order has been delivered.

Every 100 points are worth 5,00 € off. Use them at checkout with “Use my bonus points”.

You receive 1 point for every whole euro of the value of the products (excluding delivery).
For example: an order of €57.80 earns 57 bonus points.
If a product is returned, the points for it are cancelled.
Points can be used on orders with goods over 50,00 € and cover up to 20% of their value.
They cannot be combined with a promo code — one or the other per order.
They are valid for 12 months from the order that earned them; the oldest are used first.
Guest orders do not earn points — neither at the time of the order nor later if you register with the same e-mail: points are kept in your account so that nobody can use someone else's.
If you delete your account, the points in it are lost — they are not paid out in cash and cannot be transferred.
Points have no cash value outside the shop and cannot be exchanged for money.

We may change the rules of the bonus programme or end it by announcing this in advance on this page. A change applies to orders placed after it.

Points already collected keep their validity and can be used until it expires, including if the programme is ended.
