Delivery and payment

Delivery prices

• To an Econt or Speedy office — approximately 3,99 €
• To an address by courier — approximately 5,99 €
• Free delivery on all orders over 100,00 €

Prices are in euro and include VAT. The delivery charge is not included in the price of the products and is shown separately in the order form, before you confirm your order. The exact charge is calculated according to the courier's tariff, based on the weight of the parcel and the place of delivery; with cash on delivery it also includes the courier's cash-on-delivery fee.

Delivery time

Orders for products that are in stock are processed within one working day and delivered in 1–3 working days. You will receive a call or a message confirming your order.

Payment methods

• Cash on delivery — you pay the courier on receipt, in cash or by card.
• Bank transfer — we send you the payment details once your order has been confirmed.

Returns and exchanges

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You may unpack the product and examine it as you would in a shop. We refund your money no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. Faulty product (complaints)

All products are covered by the two-year legal guarantee from delivery. If the product is faulty or does not match its description, write to us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. Details are in the General Terms and Conditions.
